We can hardly imagine it, but suppose there is no match, you can return your order, which is only possible with undamaged / unused items within 14 days after receiving your order. Within this period you inform us by e-mail, stating the order / invoice number that you have received from us.

When we have received the return shipment in good order, you will receive an email from us with confirmation and we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days to the account number with which the payment was made. Of course we expect the product to be unused and undamaged. And shipped in the original packaging as much as possible. The costs for the return shipment are at the expense of the customer. You can also deliver the product to us. Our details are at the bottom of this page.

Return in case of damage

We take great care of our products and their shipping. All items are photographed prior to departure before being taken with the carrier. The carrier will gladly look at your order with you upon delivery, if something is damaged, please call us, we ask you to send a message by e-mail or WhatsApp with a nice photo of the 'defect'. Is the box or packaging damaged? We would also like to receive a message about this.

In any case, report the damage within 24 hours of receiving your order and indicate that it concerns a damaged order. Together with a photo of the damage so that we get a good picture of the damage and its settlement.

We will then contact you within 24 hours, preferably by telephone. This way we can discuss the procedure and confirm it by e-mail. We will ensure that you receive a new item as soon as possible or we reimburse the purchase price of the order and any delivery costs incurred, depending on the situation and stock. And of course in consultation.


The advantage of customization is that we make something that is exactly to your liking. We do not take back custom products. But don't worry, this isn't going to be necessary.
